How does it work?
Our LVL Lash Lift works by gently lifting your natural lashes from the root before adding a lash tint to create depth and definition. This straightening and tinting process enhances the full length of your lashes, making them look longer, thicker and beautifully curled. There’s no need for mascara or extensions – just effortlessly lifted lashes that look perfect from the moment you wake up.
Is a patch test required?
Yes – for your safety and peace of mind, a patch test is required at least 24 hours before your treatment. This allows us to ensure your skin doesn’t react to any of the products we use, so you can enjoy your LVL Lash Lift with complete confidence.
How long will it take and how long does it last?
Your LVL Lash Lift takes around 45 minutes to an hour with one of our trained technicians. It’s a closed-eye treatment, so you can simply relax and enjoy some quiet time – many of our clients even have a little nap! The results typically last between 6–8 weeks, giving you beautifully lifted lashes that stay looking their best with minimal maintenance.
Will it damage my natural lashes?
No – your lash health is always our priority. The LVL products we use are specially formulated to be gentle on your natural lashes and have been rigorously tested to ensure they lift without causing damage. You can enjoy beautiful results with complete peace of mind.
Can I wear mascara after an LVL Lash Lift?
Yes – after the first 24 hours. However, most people find they don’t need it. If you do choose to wear mascara, we recommend using a water-based formula to maintain your lift for longer.
Will it feel uncomfortable or painful?
Not at all. The procedure is completely pain-free and most clients find it relaxing. Your eyes will remain closed throughout, and our technicians ensure you’re comfortable at every stage.
Can I get an LVL treatment if I wear contact lenses?
Yes, but you’ll need to remove your contact lenses before the treatment starts. We recommend bringing your case and solution with you to your appointment.
How soon can I book my next treatment?
We recommend waiting at least 6–8 weeks between treatments to allow your natural lash cycle to complete and ensure your lashes stay healthy.
What aftercare is involved?
To keep your lashes looking their best, we recommend using our Nouveau Lashes Lash & Brow Conditioning Serum at home. This helps to nourish and strengthen your natural lashes, supporting their health and prolonging the results of your LVL treatment so you can enjoy beautifully lifted lashes for even longer.
