Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the team here at Brow Envy. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive our services.
Cancellation Fees
Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply if:
Cancelled within 24 hours = 50% of the reserved service amount will apply.
No Show/DNA = 100% of the reserved service amount will apply.
Treat Card Points = 100% of the reserved treat card points will be lost.
These cancellation fees are required to be paid within 3 days and/or before booking your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may not be able to perform your treatment, or it may be shortened or amended. The charge for the original booking will still apply.
Patch Tests
Your health and safety is our main priority here at Brow Envy. Patch tests for certain services need to be carried out 48 hours prior to your appointment to ensure you are unlikely to have an adverse reaction. Pop into the salon within our opening hours and our reception team will be happy to assist. Please understand that it is your responsibility to complete your patch test, and if this is not carried out your service will be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will apply. If your service can be amended, the charge for the original booking will still apply.
Courtesy Reminders
As a courtesy, we will confirm your appointment by email (3 days in advance) and by test (48 hours prior to your appointment date). However, if we are unable to reach you, please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and the cancellation fee.
